Trained at the I.T Tralee in Professional Cookery, and then went to  the University College of Birmingham where I specialised in Pastry and Sugarcraft.    I then travelled to Germany where I put my learned skills into practice in a 5* hotel.  Working alongside four masterchefs I gained invaluable experience in my chosen craft, and continue to put those acquired skills into practice on every cake I produce.

I specialise in beautiful hand-crafted wedding cakes, which will provide a fabulous centrepiece for your special day.

Your wedding cake is made with close attention to detail and customer satisfaction is paramount.

Every wedding cake I create is as important to me as it is to you, therefore I do limit the amount of cakes I create so as to give quality time to your special cake, therefore early booking is appreciated.

Booking is subject to availability.

2-3 months for off peak times October to April

4-6 months for on peak times  May to September.

Last minute orders will be honoured depending on availibility

A deposit will secure your date but you don’t need to finalise your style & flavours until nearer to your wedding day, if you haven’t already decided on what you want.

Full payment can be made the week of your wedding,

A free no obligation  consultation and/or tasting is always welcomed to discuss any  styles, themes  & flavours required.  Please bring along any ideas & styles you may have, its your cake so it should have your personality stamped on it.  (By pre-arranged appointment only)

All my cakes are made to order in my HACCP approved premises.  I offer a wide variety of different shapes and sizes to facilitate your exact requirements.

I use the finest quality ingredients, and don’t believe in making any substitute for quality,  from kerrygold butter , fresh eggs, couveture chocolate & rich cocoa powder, I can guarantee a quality finished product to suit your taste buds and provide for all dietary requirements, including  gluten free.
